Shipments and returns

Delivery Information:

Priority delivery items will be shipped the same working day for all orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after this will be delivered next working day.

Returns information:

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition (including box) within 30 days of the date you received it and we will exchange it or issue a full refund for the item.

We are only able to exchange items when a different size and/or colour of the same item is requested. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more information.

Thinking of Returning an Item?
If you are returning a Product due to an error on the part of freedom footwear or because it is faulty, please email us first at sales@freedomfootwear.co.uk.

 Goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept them if they are damaged, worn or dirty. So please make sure that you wear your items on a clean, dry, indoor surface before returning them. Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and send to the following address detailing the reason for return and if necessary a replacement size needed.

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage, unless goods are delivered to you with a manufacturing fault. In this case freedom footwear will reimburse up to £5 postage to you on any unworn item that is found to be faulty.

We recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.

PLEASE DO NOT DEFACE OR DAMAGE THE BOX IN ANY WAY

PLEASE DO NOT TAPE UP THE BOX OR STICK LABELS ON IT

To return your purchase, place the Product and your completed Returns Form back in the box it was delivered in. Place the box inside the shipping bag you received it in, seal up the bag and attach fresh postage labels.

If you no longer have the plastic shipping bag your purchase was received in, we suggest using suitable packaging that does not deface the box or its contents.

Freedom Footwear reserves the right to impose a £25 charge if the box is returned to us in a condition that Freedom Footwear deems unacceptable for re-sale
